WASHINGTON, March 24 -- WPI Services LLC dba Systecon North America (Systecon), of Juno Beach, Florida, has lost its protest against the Department of the Army, U.S. Army Materiel Command's award of a sole-source contract to Repkon USA Defense LLC, of Tampa, Florida.
