Baldwin Delivers Over $83 Million to Replace Lead Pipes, Expand Access to Safe Drinking Water (10)
WASHINGTON, May 2 -- Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wisconsin, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) announced that Wisconsin will receive nearly $83.3 million to help identify and replace hazardous lead pipes across the state, providing access to safe drinking water for Wisconsin families. The funding comes through the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund under the Baldwin-backed Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
